Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with standard online shopping return regulations.
  • Dry flowers must be in their original condition, with no damage, fading, or missing petals—minor natural variations do not constitute damage.
  • Candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging, with no signs of melting, scratching, or tampering. Partially burned candles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Aroma products (such as diffusers, oils, or sprays) must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Opened aroma products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons, as they fall under items where opening may affect quality or safety.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the returned item.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, in accordance with applicable regulations and product nature:
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Dry flowers that have faded or deteriorated due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures).
  • Opened or partially used aroma products and candles.
  • Items purchased as final sale (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. Submit a return or exchange request within the 7-day eligibility period, providing details of your order and the reason for the request.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item back. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit—we recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  3. Ship the item back to the specified location, using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
  4. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt to verify it meets the eligibility criteria. Inspections are conducted in line with standard return verification procedures to ensure compliance with our policy.
  5. For approved returns: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. We maintain records of all returns for compliance and quality purposes.
  6. For approved exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item has been inspected and approved. No additional shipping cost will be charged for exchanges due to our error; otherwise, standard shipping costs apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly (within 3 days of receipt). Provide clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item to assist with our verification process.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a free return shipping label (if applicable) and either process a full refund, send a replacement item, or offer store credit (at your discretion). We take full responsibility for items damaged or sent in error, and will cover all associated return and replacement costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution, typically ranging from 3–7 business days.
